Alabama runningback/linebacker/MB's favorite thug, Jimmy Johns, got arrested for selling cocaine. looks like Saban is doing a good job of turning the Tide from that shitty team that Shula used to coach into the 1980s Miami Hurricanes.
Actually, I decided to comment and post my own blog. really fucking sad. I don't think Saban is turning Bama into the U, but I do think some ongoing problems are surfacing. The last two are players whose expectations were being shattered by lack of playing time. I wonder what affect that had on Johns and Elder. I'm not suggesting that they should have played more or wouldn't have committed the crimes, but maybe their sense of disillusionment in what they thought their college careers would be helped spark the criminal activity. I mean, these aren't drunken, deaucherous fratastic crimes; these are fucking major felonies.
